The ‘wow’ starts when?
Microsoft’s Vista went on sale today and no one seems to care.
Seth Godin had a great comment on this photo:

I absolutely adore this photo from the Times. Not one smile in the bunch, never mind ebullience, mania or even pleasant anticipation.
Just because a marketer says something is amazing, exciting or just plain wow doesn’t mean it is.
We had to dig this morning to find the link to Gates’ Webcast on the launch, which was delivered from the simple URL: http://metahost.origindigital.com/microsoft/20070129/ga_launch_keynote_20070129_220.asx
If this is any indication of what’s to come with Vista and its more than 50 million lines of code (versus 40 M in XP), that Mac is looking pretty damn appealing.
