We want to give you $$, but do you want to take it?

Browsing the Web today, we came across BRANDflex. Curious about its capability to generate print-ready PDFs on the fly for ads, we wanted to learn more about the company.

The site is very well designed, but after exploring the case studies and venturing over to Oncall Interactive’s site (BRANDflex it claims is a part of Oncall), it quickly became clear that there was repetition of case studies and that no press releases had been issued since 2003.

Wanting more information about how much one could expect to pay for a similar system as the Harley Davidson project, we submitted an inquiry via a form on their site. It gave an error and since no confirmation e-mail was received, it most likely didn’t go through.

Still interested, we ventured back over to Oncall’s contact page and found an e-mail address. We sent an e-mail and it got returned as undeliverable.

Is this company trying to not get our business? They have an interesting product – albeit not unique, but presented it well enough such that we wanted to know more. What more could you ask for?

We will not call the number listed on their site. If they can’t handle taking our lead information or receiving an e-mail, we’re not going to trust them with our business.
